Customer–Vendor Transactions

Important Notice:

BandhanGuru does not manage payments, cancellations, or refunds between customers and vendors.

Customers must contact vendors directly for cancellations or refunds.

Vendor Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees paid to BandhanGuru are non-refundable once a vendor profile is activated.
  • In cases of technical errors (e.g., duplicate payment), vendors may request a refund within 7 working days at info@bandhanguru.com.
  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of BandhanGuru management.

Refund Timeline

Processing Time: Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

BandhanGuru Liability

BandhanGuru is not responsible for refunds related to vendor services or customer payments.

Please note that BandhanGuru acts as a platform connecting customers with vendors. We do not directly provide wedding services and are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of services provided by our listed vendors. All transactions and agreements are between customers and vendors directly.
